For OZ Minerals, exploration is the frontier of our business, meaning a significant focus and investment is placed on and into this critical division.
We also understand that whilst exploration is intrinsically linked to operations, it needs to work on different principles to be successful. Our exploration teams are given the freedom, resources and time to utilise the skills they were recruited for.
We are particularly interested in hearing from geologists with experience in hard rock metalliferous exploration to join the team.
