Graduate program
OZ Minerals' two year graduate program has been designed so that each graduate is paired with a mentor and is involved in a structured professional development plan to learn and experience different parts of the business as well as further develop their skills. Each graduate is given a project in which to apply their learning and contribute to the success of the business.
Applications
Graduate positions are open to Australian citizens and are located at our Prominent Hill mine and our office in Adelaide. Applications for the 2014 graduate program are now closed.
