Cultural Appreciation

We offer a range of cultural awareness training to the Workforce. In Australia, cultural sensitivity and respect for our Traditional Owners is of paramount importance. Prominent Hill, our longest running operation, has provided extensive cultural training to all our operations and corporate functions. This training is mandatory for anyone whose role requires them to work with Traditional Owners. All other Workforce are also encouraged to undertake this training. Over 1800 people have taken the training in the 16 years of delivery. Currently 357 of our active workforce have taken it.
